Housing Policies

RESIDENCE LIFE APPLICATION FEE: To reserve a space on campus, you must submit a $100 application fee. The application fee is non-refundable unless the student cancels the contract prior to June 1, 2025.

Residence Life Handbook: The Residence Life Handbook contains information and guidelines for all campus residents. Information about services, staff, emergency procedures, and other housing-specific policies is all included in this handbook.
