2024-2025 Residence Life Costs

THOR - $3,720 per semester

• Located in Thunder Heights and Buildings 7 and 15 of T-Bird Village.
• You will have your own private bedroom with a semi-private bathroom you share with your roommate(s).
• This price includes rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and 17 meals a week in the cafeteria.

BLACK & GOLD -  $3,000 per semester

• Located in Thunder Heights where you will share a living space and bathroom with one person.
• Located in T-Bird Village Apartments where you will share a bedroom with one or two people and share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with three or four people.
• This price includes rent, utilities, cable, Wi-Fi, and 17 meals a week in the cafeteria. 

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Contract cancellation deadline is June 1.
