Check your Balance:
  •  Log onto your iCloud account
  •  Select the "Students" tab
  •  Next select "Pay My Bill" from the left menu
  •  Then select "Course and Fee Statement"
  •  Now click "Generate my Course and Fee Statement" and click on "View my Course and Fee Statement"
 Payment Methods:

Students must have an established payment method prior to the first day of class.

1) Pay in Full
  • Use debit/credit card or bank account information to pay through iCloud - Click here!
  • Via phone (credit/debit card only) - 785.243.1435 ext. 202, 203, or 205

  • Mail (check payable to CCCC) PO Box 1002, Concordia, KS 66901

  • In person (cash, check, or debit/credit card) Concordia or Junction City

  • Wire transfers (INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY) - PayMyTuition
2) Nelnet Payment Plan
  • Setup online via iCloud by the student - Click here!

    • Monthly automatic drafts from a bank account or credit card designated by the student
3) Third Party
  • Must be verified with the Business Office
4) VA Benefits Payment
  • Must contact CCCC VA Liaison to verify.

  • Current Certificate of Eligibility or digital copy of your GI Bill Statement of Benefits before each new term is required. For Veterans Affairs call (1-888-442-4551)

5) Financial Aid/Scholarships
  • Students requesting loans, a completed Master Promissory Note, Entrance Counseling and Loan Request Form must be on file before loans will show on account.

  • Students submitting required financial aid information within 10 days of the start of classes should consider another payment method to ensure classes are not dropped.

  • If financial aid/scholarships have covered the entire balance, no action is required.
