Documentation required to complete a student's Financial Aid file is listed in the student's iCloud Account under Students - Financial Aid - Financial Aid Document Tracking. CCCC utilizes DocuSign to aid in completing Financial Aid forms, and links to complete commonly used forms are located on the same webpage. If you do not see a link for the documentation we are requesting, it may be a document that needs to be obtained by an outside source such a transcripts, tax documentation, or documentation related to determining dependency status. Please reach out if you are unsure of how to submit any requested documentation or what is being requested.

Please Do Not Fax High School or Prior College Transcripts: Requested transcripts must be Official ( submitted directly from your High School or prior college to the Admissions Office at CCCC) and Final (there are no in-progress classes and includes a graduation date in the case of high school).

Financial Aid forms are specific to the Academic Year for which the student is applying for Financial Aid so please be mindful of which year is listed at the top of the form. It may take up to 4 weeks after all documents are received before an Aid Offer can be sent.
