Cloud County Community College is pleased to offer official transcripts in electronic and postal mail formats through its partnership with Parchment. Students may select a transcript in either format upon each request.
How Does it Work? Once CCCC is notified by Parchment of a student's request for an official transcript, the Office of Student Records will review the student's record for accuracy and submit the record to Parchment. Parchment will then deliver the transcript on behalf of the College electronically or through postal mail, as per the student's request.
Overnight service is available at an additional cost, but may not be available for requests received during college closures.
$2.50 for U.S. domestic paper delivery (including first class postage)
$5.00 for international paper delivery (including first class postage)
$25.00 for U.S. domestic overnight shipping
$47.50 for international overnight shipping

Cloud will also accept transcript requests for a $5.00 fee using the following procedure:
-Send or fax a signed written request. Cloud County Community College does not accept email requests.
