Cloud County has two different cost options - the lowest is $3,000 a semester! This cost includes rent, utilities, cable, WiFi, and 17 meals a week in the cafeteria.

At Cloud, your safety is our number one priority. We have a well-trained professional staff with years of experience, and their primary goal is to keep you safe.
An officer is on duty seven nights a week during the school year, from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., and is on call 24/7. Officers can also help if you’re locked out of your apartment, have a dead car battery, flat tire, locked your keys in your car, or any other type of emergency.

To keep you safe, Cloud also offers:
