Two weeks before graduation:

1. All candidates for graduation, whether you plan to attend the ceremony or not, will need to complete the Graduate Survey. A link to the survey will be sent to your student email.

2. If you received loans while attending CCCC, please complete Exit Counseling at www.studentloans.gov.

3. Complete resume and check out available jobs at the Career Center. You can contact Kelly Cook, Director of Workforce Development & Outreach, kelly.cook@cloud.edu, if applicable.

4. Make sure your student account is paid in full at the Business Office.

5. Return all borrowed library materials and pay any fines.

6. Return all equipment or materials to the proper department.

Please note: A hold will be placed on your transcript, grades, and diploma if you have not taken care of the last three items listed above.

Prior to Commencement:

1. The College will notify you via your T-Bird email, and on the Cloud Now app when caps and gowns are ready to be picked up.
Concordia students can pick up in the Student Records Office.
Geary County Campus students can pick up in Student Services.

2. Request your final transcript here.

Follow-up

1. Once a final degree check has been made, diplomas will be ordered. You will need to allow 4 to 6 weeks following the end of that term for your diploma to arrive. Be sure to let the CCCC Student Records Office know if your mailing address has changed.

2. If you have a question as to how your name will appear on your diploma, please contact the CCCC Student Records Office.

3. Upon graduation you become a member of the Cloud County Community College Alumni Association. Please keep in touch with our Foundation Office.
