A Domestic Violence Association of Central Kansas (DVACK) advocate will be available to provide free support services to students and faculty on the Cloud County Community College campus. The advocate is on campus on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

In circumstances when advocates have client-related conflicts, and advocate might not be available on campus. Individuals needing support may also call the local DVACK office at 785.243.4349 or visit the office at 336 W. 5th Street, Concordia,  to speak with an advocate.

The Domestic Violence Association of Central Kansas serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, teen dating violence and elder abuse. DVACK is the only accredited domestic violence and sexual assault agency in its 10 county service area providing services to Saline, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Ottawa, Jewell, Cloud, Lincoln, Republic, Washington, and Mitchell counties. DVACK works from a victim centered approach providing direct support and trauma informed services. All services are absolutely voluntary, free, and confidential. A few of the services that are available include:  emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling, safety planning, advocacy, information/referrals, support groups, safe shelter, and assistance with protection orders.
