Cloud County Community College will be hosting a two day-workshop on Adobe InDesign June 25 and 26 at the Concordia campus.
The workshop will be from 9 a.m.-Noon both days and will be held in room GR208. Instructor for the class will be Amy Kern, Fine Arts and Graphic Design Instructor at Cloud.
The workshop is for anyone who wants a more in-depth overview of InDesign features and design applications for use in careers such as designers, yearbook teachers, or anyone wanting to learn for their own home or business use. Kern will help workshop-goers take their ideas and designs to new levels of creativity.
Participants will also learn the tools, features and foundations of InDesign to become more proficient in creating layouts for publications, logo design, branding, corporate letterheads, marketing campaigns, or website and social media graphics. Demonstrations and hands-on practice in InDesign will occur over the two days.
Cost of the workshop is $300, and interested participants can enroll at www.cloud.edu/academics/workforce-development-and-outreach, under the “Take a Class” tab.
