Test Proctoring

GENERAL PROCTORING INFORMATION FOR BOTH CAMPUSES

Proctoring is provided free of charge for students who are enrolled in face-to-face courses or online courses through Cloud County Community College. The Student Success Center staff will proctor students who need to take a make-up test, who need to take a test for an online class, or who need accommodations.

Instructions given by faculty are strictly followed. The course instructor will be notified of any test discrepancies.

INFORMATION FOR CONCORDIA CAMPUS PROCTORING SERVICES:

To schedule test proctoring call the SSC at 243-1435, x231 or go to the SSC in Room GR210.

If proctor forms are required for online courses, attach the proctor form in an email to ssc@cloud.edu, along with the name and email address of the instructor and the complete course name.

INFORMATION FOR GEARY COUNTY CAMPUS PROCTORING SERVICES:

The Student Success Center (SSC), located in the Administration Building, provides test proctoring. Cynthia Foley (cafoley@cloud.edu) is the proctor for the GCC campus and online test proctors for Cloud students. ALL PROCTORING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
