CCCC Library always has a staff person available to help you during our open hours with any questions that you might have. The State Library of Kansas does offer the Kansas Library card that provides access to many of the same databases. If you would like a Kansas Library Card, please see the Library staff.
Here is a listing of the databases that CCCC Library provides for faculty and student use. In addition, this page describes how to access the library databases. Each student must login to the library catalog to access the databases. You will need your student ID number and a password. Contact the library if you need assistance.

Audiovisual materials located in the Library do not circulate due to the need for them to be used for instructional purposes.
Renewals for faculty may be completed online, in person or by phone; maximum of two renewals.

Note to Students: Transcripts will not be sent until all library materials have been returned and all financial obligations to the library and the college have been met.
Yes. There is not usually a cost to receive an article or a book from another library unless the lending library charges a fee. However, if the materials are returned to CCCC Library after the due date, a fine may be assessed.
All community members are welcome at CCCC Library! You will need a valid driver’s license to set up a library account.
Yes, Internet access is available at CCCC Library. There are 24 computers available in the library, but please remember that academic use take priority. Our campus is wireless, so if you would like to use your own laptop please see the IT department.

Drinks with lids and food are allowed in the library.
We ask that all patrons respect our library and clean up after yourself! If this becomes a problem we reserve the right to restrict the food and drink allowed in the library at any time.
Remember…..Hava Java coffee shop is located in the Concordia Campus library. Hours of operation are from 8:00AM-8:00PM Monday thru Thursday and 8:00AM-4:00PM Friday.

CCCC Library does have a printer. We do utilize a print management software to help control the amount of wasted paper that is left at the printer. Students have an account balance at the beginning of the semester and can add to that balance at the business office (located across from the library).
Community users will need to set up an account to print with the IT department and the Business office.
CCCC Library has a leisure DVD collection available for checkout with a valid student ID card or library card. Fines are assessed for overdue DVDs in an effort to make sure that all patrons have an opportunity to enjoy our collection.
Instruction DVDs and Videos are located in the Audiovisual Lab and are not available for student checkout. All instructional DVDs and Videos must be viewed in the AV lab between the hours of 8:00AM-9:00PM Monday thru Thursday and 8:00AM-5:00PM Friday.
Most items can be checked out anywhere from 2 hours to 2 weeks; however, this varies according to the reserve specifications of the faculty member.
