Monte Poersch earned his bachelor's degree at Manhattan Christian College in Business Management and Ethics in 2004. Since that time he was employed as a supervisor at Verizon Wireless until December of 2009. In 2010 Monte completed the Wind Energy Technology Certificate program including an eight week internship at the Flat Ridge Wind Farm in Nashville, KS. Monte joined the Cloud County Community College Wind Energy Technology program in the summer of 2011. He and Chris, his wife, live in Miltonvale.
