Student who have lost their password can reset their account by using the "Forget Password" link on MY.CLOUD on the website.

  • You must answer two of the four security questions you provided
  • Your answers are NOT case sensitive
  • A reset code will be sent to either your personal email or your cell phone

Students at CCCC can change their passwords two ways:

1. Changing password on MY.CLOUD 

  1. Go to https://cloud.edu
  2. Click MY.CLOUD in the top right section of the homepage
  3. Log in with your existing MY.CLOUD credentials
  4. Click the down arrow in the top right
  5. Select "My Account" and change your password

2. Changing password at a computer on campus

    On-campus, log in to a computer and use the Ctrl+Alt+Del key combination.  Select "Change      a password".

If you forget your password, then you must do a password reset.
