In order to reserve
and contract space in the campus apartments you
must submit a $100.00 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable
unless all conditions of the contract have been
met or one of the following exceptions exists:
1.)
Canellation of the contract prior to May 15,
2008
2.)
Graduation from college
3.)
Transfer to another school as a full time student
(Verification must be given)
4.) Completion of a certificate
5.)
Marriage
The
$100 deposit will be refunded to you upon satisfactory
completion of contract if there are no damages beyond
normal wear. Your room will be clean at move-in
and must be in the same order when leaving or a
cleaning charge will be assessed against the deposit.
Summer housing
is available for CCCC students. A student must be enrolled for at least six credit hours or be employed by the college to be eligible for summer housing.
You
are responsible for cleanliness and orderliness
of your room, and should cooperate in maintaining
your apartment area.
