Public invited to rescheduled CCCC facilities master plan update Jan. 29
(CONCORDIA, KS) -- The public is invited to Cloud County Community College’s Concordia campus Tuesday, January 29 for a presentation and discussion on the second draft of the college’s updated facilities master plan.
Individuals may attend either a 9:30 a.m. or an 11:30 a.m. session in Cook Theatre on the Concordia campus. College faculty, staff and students also have been invited to provide input.
The update sessions, originally set for Jan. 22, were rescheduled when consultants were unable to travel due to weather conditions.
CCCC President Richard Underbakke invites all interested persons to bring comments and suggestions to the meeting coordinated by staff from PLACES Architects, Wichita, and Bartlett & West, Lawrence. The two firms are preparing a facilities master plan for Cloud’s Concordia campus, examining existing facility remodeling and renovations, proposed sites for future buildings, vehicle and pedestrian traffic systems, and parking and recreation facilities.
For more information, contact Bob Maxson, vice president of administrative services, (785) 243-1435, ext. 204 or e-mail bmaxson@cloud.edu.
