Nursing workshop to discuss balancing schedules

(Concordia, Kan) -- We want to do a great job at work.. to live out our passion to serve our customers. But we sometimes get “out of sync” or overwhelmed with the load and the balancing of our many roles. “Balance” means we feel whole and complete, not constantly over-extended and exhausted. “Balance” means we put focus on and find room for all the things that are important and that includes taking care of ourselves.

Come and spend some time focusing on recalibrating for a balanced life, so we can optimize our role at work and our role with our families/community.

This eight-hour continuing education class, “Balancing Act: When Your Schedule is Full and Your Bucket is Almost Empty” will meet from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., December 4, 2009 at the Country Inn & Suites, 2760 S. Ninth, Salina, Kan. Registration will begin at 8:30 am.

The instructor for this class will be Jenni Reling, MS, Trainer and Consultant from Beloit, Kan.
