A KSBDC consultant’s objective, expert opinion can be incredibly valuable to your existing business.

While you will work primarily with one KSBDC consultant, you will have access to the expertise of the entire network of more than 30 consultants statewide and more than 4,000 nationwide.

1. Complete the “Initial Intake for Existing Businesses” form


2. Complete and sign the client information form


3. Read and sign the 'Statement of Understanding'


4. Obtain your credit report and credit score if you are requiring financing for your existing business.


• To receive a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from any or all three of the nationwide consumer reporting agencies, click on the following link www.annualcreditreport.com.


• Your credit report is free but there will be a small fee for your credit score. However, knowing your credit score is very important.


5. Return all three completed forms and your credit report by mail only:
