HOME ECONOMICS

Cloud County Community College offers transfer programs in Home Economics in several areas. Careful planning enables students to transfer courses to a four-year college or university which will apply toward degree requirements at the transfer institution. It is extremely important that students take the particular courses required for their major. (For example, biology, nutrition, computer science, and western civilization requirements vary from major to major.) Consult the Cloud County Community College advisor for home economics. Students majoring in home economics should notify the transfer institution of their choice as soon as possible. At Cloud County Community College, students may take up to one-half of the hours required for the degree program at the transfer institution.
