Here Is What We Can Do For You: Help you fill your vacancies and keep them full.  Our office is able to give parents  who are looking for childcare your name and information from your provider file.  This gives parents an idea of what you can offer them.  All you have to do is keep us updated of your vacancies and return your provider profile.  You can  update your vacancies using this link: Vacancy Update

• Our office has a CDA (Child Development Associate) Advisor and a NAFCC (National Accredited Family Child Care) Accreditation Specialist on staff.   She can assist you with earning your CDA, and perform some of the evaluations required.  She will work with you from step 1 to the very end!
• Grant $$$$$$
  KACCRRA has teamed with SRS in the past years to provide a Home Provider Grant.  It can be worth up to $1,500.00.  Our office can assist you with the process of applying for this grant.  (Availability of this grant depends on SRS and KACCRRA from year to year.)
• Professional Development Opportunities
  Our agency offers classes each month throughout the service delivery area.  We are able to offer some classes for college credit through Cloud County Community College (regular tuition charges apply to these courses).
• Lending Library
  We have a full lending library filled with toys, resource books and resource videos available to childcare providers. Childcare providers may check boxes out for 2 weeks at a time. A representative of our office will deliver and pick up library items at your door free of charge.
• Monthly Newsletter
• We are here to answer your questions about childcare.
  Resources on a variety of topics are available, and if we don’t have it we will get it for you. Our staff is trained in Child Development and is here to help.
• Policy Handbook and Contracts
  Our office is available to assist you with developing your own Policy Handbook and Parent Contracts. We can sit down and discuss what you need, then mail you a sample in a few days.
• Services for children in your care.
  Our trained staff can come into your home or center and teach you some fun ways to interact with the children. There is no better way to learn than by actually watching our staff interact with the children. We offer a variety of topics including:
  ART IN THE AFTERNOON
  STORY & ACTIVITY TIME
  FIRE SAFETY AND HEALTH
  SCIENCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE YOUNG
  More topics are available and can be developed if necessary. For each session, a representative from our office will come to your center or home for about one hour. You don’t have to provide anything but the children!
• Assistance with Licensing or Regulation procedures.
• Recruit New Providers
  We assist new providers in getting started in child care, and often contact some of our veteran providers to help out! We will send you information to register with us, or you can fill the form out online (click here).
