NCKCCP Meeting Notes

September Minutes of the NCKCCP

The meeting was held in Beloit at the MCPC. Karen Palhs, director of MCPC was our guest speaker. She told of the programs offered through them--Smart Start, Parents as Teachers, Dolly Parton Book Club, and Reading is Fundamental. She also offered us the use of her die-cuts.

Minutes of the previous meeting was approved with a motion from Julie and a second from Melinda.

No Treasurer Report

Roll Call those present were--- Rachel Elsen, Julie Crowley, Melinda Trecek, Loleta Deaver and Vanessa Moore.

Old Business-- We were too late to be in the Beloit Fall Fest parade. Discussion about the Concordia Fall Fest Parade and Loleta was the contact person for that activity.

New Business

Christmas Party for group at January meeting at Julie Crowley’s house. Potato Bar with the group paying for the food.

Ornament Exchange for the November Meeting in Concordia, at CCCC. We will also have access to laminator and die cuts at 6p.

No secret sister due to small attendance. Will try to do them at the November meeting.

November meeting will be on the 10 th at CCCC .
