Hello everyone! I am the new EC Specialist located on the Geary County Campus of Cloud County Community College. I would like to introduce myself to you by saying that I am excited to work with each of you in order to improve the quality of child care in the state of Kansas and to be there for you as a resource for your child care questions and needs. My door is always open for your questions, concerns or comments. Please feel free to come visit, email me, or give me a call whenever you need assistance or someone to talk to. I am located in Building C of the Geary County Campus…just ask where the kitchen is.

Just to give you a better idea of my background and what I can offer in addition to child care advice and resources, I recently moved to Manhattan from Lexington, Kentucky after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish. Like many of you, I have much more experience in early childhood than I do education. I am, however, always looking for new ways to learn more about early childhood development as well as other areas. I also teach Spanish and Sociology for Cloud County Community College. ¡Si quieres aprender español, puedo asistirte! (If you want to learn Spanish, I can help you!)
