Staci Elias coached high school volleyball for seven years, at a variety of locations, including: Land O' Lakes, FL; Morgantown, WV; Tampa, FL; Spring Hill, KS; and Colby, KS. Elias also worked for two years with one of the top club teams in Tampa Bay, the Sandspurs, and began her own club team while living in Morgantown, WV.
Elias has led her teams to one district title, two district runner-ups, one conference title, and one divisional conference title. While in Tampa, Elias also assisted with summer camps at the University of South Florida and University of Tampa, and worked as an assistant with the University of South Florida's Women's Basketball team for a short time.
Coach Elias is married to Doug Elias, Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Concordia High School, and they have one daughter, Maggie. Elias loves to spend time with the family, attending sporting events, golfing, and visiting the beach. After following her husband's college coaching career and frequent moves, Elias is excited to return home to Kansas and begin her college career.
