Following a successful professional playing career in Australia, Coach Ralos moved to the US to begin his studies at Newman University in Wichita, KS. Coach Ralos, in his time at Newman, garnered All Conference and All Region honors at Forward for the Jets.

After his career at Newman Coach Ralos was an Assistant with the Men’s Soccer team for four years, and then took the position of Head Coach at Bethel College in North Newton, KS. Coach Ralos took the Threshers to the Regional Tournament for the first time in 12 years.

Coach Ralos and his wife Tiffany have 2 children: Mackenzie Ann who is 4 and Parker Thomas who is 2. Tiffany is a CSR with T-Mobile.

Outside of work, Ralos enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Ralos also enjoys hunting and outdoor activities.
