| Thunderbirds Face Johnson County in tournament |
| Fresh off a 4-game sweep of the Broncbusters of Garden City Community College, the Cloud County Thunderbirds (24-32) drew the Cavaliers of Johnson County (34-15) in the first round of the Region VI Baseball Tournament. The two teams will play a best-of-three series with game one of two beginning at 12 noon at the JCCC Baseball Complex. If there is a split on Saturday, a third and deciding game will be played on Sunday. The winner of the series will advance on to the Region VI Tournament to be played out at Lawrence Dumont Stadium in Wichita, Kansas. The brackets are attached. Full Story |

| T-Birds sweep Hastings |
| (Concordia, KS) -- The Cloud County Community College baseball team pounded out a pair of wins over the Hastings College junior varsity, Wednesday, at the Concordia Sports Complex.
Cloud County won both games in five innings, 13-0 and 14-0. Full Story |

| T-Birds split with the Blue Dragons |
| (Great Bend, KS) -- Playing on neutral soil, the Thunderbirds got a much needed victory over conference powerhouse Hutchinson Community College Monday afternoon in Great Bend, Kansas. In the opener, the T-Birds fell in defeat 5-2. In the night cap the game turned into a pitchers duel as neither team could cross the plate for 8 full innings. Full Story |
