Refund Guidelines For CCCC OnLine Courses
Bookstore Guidelines
Refunds: Students are entitled to the following refunds for textbooks purchased through the CCCC Bookstore for CCCC OnLine Courses. The Bookstore will not guarentee full refund after notification of official enrollment on textbook/materials when an instructor chooses not to use the required course materials.
- 100% will be given the 1st week after notification of official enrollment provided new books have not been marked in or unwrapped.
- 50% will be given during the 2nd week.
- Refunds for books received during the 3rd week ONLY will be determined by the value from a used book company.
Procedure For Drop / Withdrawal / Refund
Students wanting to drop a CCCC OnLine course may do so according to the above refund policy. Any refind is determined by the date signed on the DROP card. After the 4th week, students may drop a course by officially WITHDRAWING from it. (The $50 internet fee is non-refundable).
Students withdrawing from a CCCC OnLine course must begin the process by contacting Holly Andrews in the Continuing Education Dept. at 1-800-729-5101 Ext. 371.
