Payment Procedures

IMPORTANT DATES WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE
*Any previous balances must be paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! (summer included)

*Payment arrangements are due by August 15
             -enrolled August 12 - August 28 payment due August 29

Students will be DROPPED from ALL classes if not paid in full or payment arrangements made by the dates listed above. This campus wide policy was developed to help students have a plan to pay their student account balance.

After selected courses are approved, student account balances may be viewed via iCloud by clicking the Student tab, Pay My Bill, Course and Fee Statement, and then Generate My Course and Fee Statement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION #1: Pay in Full or Nelnet Payment Plan

Pay in Full

  1. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted in person at the Concordia and Geary County Campuses
  2. Checks made payable to CCCC may be mailed to CCCC Attn: Business Office, PO Box 1002, Concordia, KS 66901.
  3. Credit cards are accepted by phone at the Concordia and Geary County Campuses
  4. Credit cards are accepted online via iCloud.
    NOTE: A $2.00 service fee is assessed for a single online payment

Nelnet Payment Plan

NOTE: A $25.00 service fee is assessed for establishment of a FACTS Payment Plan

  1. Nelnet Payment Plans are setup online via iCloud by the student.
  2. Nelnet Payment Plans require monthly automatic drafts of the bank account or credit card designated by the student and is designed to result in full payment of the outstanding student account balance by the end of the current term.
  3. After you have set up your Nelnet Payment plan you will continue to receive your monthly statement, please consider this a courtesy statement that will show your payments as we receive them.

If you are only taking CTE classes, select Option 2.

If you are taking CTE classes and other classes for which there will be charges, select Option 1 to make payment arrangements for the non-CTE courses.

OPTION #2: Financial Aid/ Third Party Payment

CTE Waiver (SB155 courses only) - CTE Waivers will cover tuition, registration fees, and internet course fees.


Refund Policy*
Students wishing to drop or withdraw from classes may be eligible for a tuition refund

Before September 5, 2017                                          100% tuition and fees refund

*Any refunds due to students will be made after the 20th class day or later.
